Only in Plus — everything in Essential, plus:
- S&OP light: 90-minute monthly meeting, 6-month horizon, one alternative scenario and mid-month follow-up of actions
- Planning support for new products and promotions: two, three or four events per client sales cycle (e.g., a quarter or a season), by size of operation
- Continuous improvement of the planning process, workbooks and indicators, including a supplier performance review
- Logistics cost review, once a year (implementation is a separate project)
- Email support: planning questions between meetings; response within one business day
*Timeline confirmed at kickoff, depending on the number of SKUs and the scope of raw materials, particularly in manufacturing operations: typically up to three weeks, or another agreed timeline. Delays in data or access extend the timeline accordingly.
**Fees are starting points. Each engagement is confirmed with a tailored quotation based on the number of active SKUs, the number of suppliers under management, and the type of operation — manufacturing, distribution, or import-based versus locally sourced supply.

Most clients start with the Inventory Diagnostic ($950 CAD + HST if applicable), so the first monthly cycle runs on measured parameters. When a retainer follows the diagnostic, the first month of transition is included in the first monthly fee. The full Retainer Service Guide is available on request.
Manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers in Saint John and Sussex
No dedicated planner on staff
Purchasing handled alongside other duties.
Recurring overstock in some lines and stockouts in others
Seasonal demand, imported product, or a growing SKU base
Owners who need a planner every month, not a full-time position
Questions about scope and terms
What is not included?
Implementation, ERP configuration, supplier negotiation and physical inventory counts are not included. Spare parts and other MRO items are out of scope. In the retainer, these are excluded unless agreed in Schedule A, and logistics cost work is advisory only.
What are the retainer terms?
Minimum engagement: three months; thereafter either party may end the retainer on 30 days’ written notice. Billing: monthly in advance, net 15. Limits on active SKUs, suppliers and open orders are set for each client in Schedule A.
Can a retainer start without a diagnostic?
Yes. Without a prior diagnostic, the setup is the Inventory Diagnostic itself, at $950 CAD + HST if applicable, so that the first cycle runs on measured demand, measured lead times and a documented baseline.
Who owns the deliverables?
The deliverables, including the Excel working file, become the client’s property on payment in full. We retain our pre-existing methods, models, templates and tools.
Are results guaranteed?
Findings, forecasts and recommendations are professional estimates, not guarantees of results.
Are expenses charged?
Expenses are payable only if approved by the client in writing in advance.
