TideFlow Planning is an independent planning practice based in Saint John, New Brunswick, serving manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers in Saint John and Sussex that carry inventory but do not employ a full-time planner.
Claudia Garcia Roman — Founder
Claudia Garcia Roman holds a degree in Industrial Engineering (Universidad de Lima) and a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management (Humber College, Toronto), with nine years of demand and supply planning experience, including roles at Samsung Electronics and Canadian Tire.
Her work spans several industries — consumer electronics, grocery retail, beauty and consumer goods — and several links of the supply chain, from manufacturing and regional distribution to retail forecasting. That range covers planning at different levels: SKU-level forecasting and replenishment, multi-country supply control, and planning leadership over large product portfolios.
